I appreciated Steve's knowledge and the way he explained the process of taking samples and how the samples are tested.
As promised, we had test results back the very next day. We only had a small area floor (about 30 sq ft) that needed abatement, so the job was scheduled immediately. When the abatement team arrived on site, they were on time, professional and courteous. They immediately got to work closing off the area and removing the affected material.
